Andrew McCloskey

Andrew McCloskey started his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey at the age of 10 years old. He trained off and on under Professor Guybson Sa at Spartan Academy until funds become an issue and then trained directly under his father since. He now trains under Professor Mushu and his father the Head Coach of Rising Phoenix BJJ. He has a passion to learn, teach, and compete to grow within his training.

Andrew is now a 1st Degree Purple Belt, well on his way to within the ladder of the art. He continues to train under his dad with dedication & consistency with 11 classes per week to include assisting in kids MMA/BJJ.
